Some preliminary talks: "Beating around the bush"
So I have to get a little personal for our prep talk. When did our relationship began? Did it really begin with Yoon, Grace and Dasom? Was it all for our love with Japan? So what's Samsung, CJ, Kia and Hyundai's role (to name a few), when did we click together and work on this massive money project? When did you became me, and that I "park" some of the funds on your reserve? I think you guys in Seoul do have a few things to say about our intimate personal relationship.
As you know, I take all relationships very seriously. But at the same time, I have many affiliates and partnerships globally and I have to take everyone's opinion into account. There are many things in life that are controversial, so it's not as simple as me and you. One go to person (our agent for communication), Ms. Park Shin Hye, for instance, and the work she does, highlights some of issues at hand that irritates and infuriates many of my Western allies. In particular, the cryptocurrency thing, slush funds and free cash with RMB roots are of special concern. Mind you there is nothing personal about their words (that can be harsh at times)- it's ideological and a different state of mind.
I can consider adding a truly Korean agent to my personal facebook account, if this matter at all. But it's important that we have to be on the same page on things, and that it's meaningful and relevant to my future projects. This person need not be a superstar, it simply needs to be authentic.
And this is just the start, and we haven't even started talking! As I can envision, as talk progresses and I can finally pen a concrete date for my trip, you will face a lot of backlash from your old friends and money pals. It shouldn't be a grave concern from my standpoint because things aren't looking so good to start with and I don't think it can much much worse.
