Essential- What is in a name...
I will keep my words and deconstruct Phu Quoc in the context of PRC to help shed light on some outstanding issues at hand. It will take a bit of time, a step by step process and the ultimate journey is actually symbolic in nature, as I can join a group tour, role play that congressman and resembles that memorable "wartime history", or I can go on my own, and choose some guided local tours to join to enrich the whole experience. It doesn't matter. In the end, my consideration is whether joining the tour facilitates meaningful dialogues and alleviates concerns over trade and personnel. I think enough is being said about I shouldn't have gone to Vietnam, it was a wrong decision and some unexpected error occurred. If your goal is to brag and complain, there's nothing I can and will do about it. Heads up!
Phu Quoc - 富國島- consists of 3 very important elements- "富", "國", "島",
"富" - wealthy, being rich, hold on to a lot of resources and control a large group of people
"國" - not really about a sovereign or a nation state, but an ecosystem, a "global" self-sustaining wealth system called a "circle" or "serpent"
"島" - wager money on political positions and influence, remitting funds for "underground MPF" to target locations.
Phu Quoc actually consists of 22 islands in its jurisdiction, meaning including some small ones, there are 22 known "circles" in the PRC. But quite a few has actually vanished and many are facing extinction.
"堅江省", "模範上海自由貿易區" , "領海經濟工業特區"- Land that are controlled by "EU", but increasingly being contested and stripped of power and control
To "lead water"- You are a part of the history, so history defines who you are in some way, and limit/restrict/restrain what you can do in some way. There are other forms of water, that are quiet and yet influential in its own right. You have to respect other people's right and freedom.
「鳳梨島」或者「香島」- pineapple symbolizes the companies processing slush funds overseas ; perfume is the slush fund.
