It was never a blame game from the start
So we’re kind of all set until departure! I look forward to experiencing Singapore the way it should be, nothing more and nothing less. From my personal perspective, I would never spend my dough to ditch or trash a particular group of people just because they’re not helpful or bothersome. The whole point is: I knew what had happened, I have been involved in some way and now I’m not, I feel a bit remorseful that some things didn’t work out the way it was intended, I accepted in full and I move on.
Sometimes when people make choices or decisions, it will favour some people more and disadvantage some. This is a part of life and we have to live with it. No matter how much you listen, there won’t be a perfect balance to the whole thing. I have always been invested in youth talent and will continue to do so but in a different way. It has to be better than what we had before.
Restructuring and a reset is not as scary as many people thought. Hey, can people make mistakes and be at fault at things? Yes! certainly! But we learn from it and strive for a better outcome. So it’s not about pointing fingers at each other when things go south, but to get out of the funk and find a viable solution.
A final word: “Meaning” trumps all other things, including offers/perks/incentives etc. From the onset, I have stressed the importance not just to make sense of things, but to give it a personal touch. This is why we buy why we travel. A fresh perspective will help clear the air and help pave way for future endeavours.
