Wrap up till later

Health comes first. Staying healthy is critical. There always later but you've got to live until then to witness it.

As you know, we have wrapped up mostly everything we have for Phu Quoc. So all is in the history books. PRC? What did we do in first place? Why things didn't work out and it became source of conflict? Why did I ask that we re-group and restructure? Why is it always "fighting for my way"? Can we break the viscous cycle and develop a healthy and sustainable relationship?  These are things that I have taken in mind when I start things off here.

This is at home DNA testing work for PRC that our family and many of us did. We merely focused on our needs and wants and we missed out on everything in between. Then things aren't really working, as we all know. I was inspired by a very important film by Jennifer Lawrence - The Passenger- the time when I started my plan to thoroughly look into things and what was then murky started to clear out.

Bottom line is:
1. The more you try to keep a secret, the more likely it gets revealed, especially from your competitor.
2. The more complicated the structure of the deals are, the more likely things will NOT work out and you will get stuck in no man's land.
3. If your goals are too ambitious, you will face a lot of criticism to the point you find it too unbearable.
4. Doing business is not the same as doing politics. Business is about growth, consistency, sustainability and also social responsibility. Politics is more about communication, skill, tactics and support.
5. Hearing what every one else has to say, so that we get a better sense of where to draw the line, dos and don'ts.
6. You don't have to agree with everyone, and they don't have to agree with you either. That's fine. But then again things can get bitter and fierce at times, and you can't just always play the blame game.
7. I don't mind taking heat, we need to move forward to stay ahead, and not stuck our head in the sand.

I was informed that something like this below is full of hate and disgust. This is the source of conflict.

From a personal perspective, I can't always live a life in this kind of mental state. I'm not even interested in talking about right or wrong. I'm looking for a sustainable, long term and healthy partnership with my affiliates. So I couldn't work with some of you because we're really not on the same page. Which is perfectly okay, because you can do a lot of good things on your own, you have no dependency on me. But of course I can be more flexible than some of you, this is really not the point for argument. "Know your limits, play within it" and "you really can't bite more than you can chew". If you challenge, know your risk and manage properly.

This is the direction we are taking as I await the virus to subside to travel. I will spend some time and write about Busan, South Korea as I start reworking our relations to a better future. I think everyone can play a role in it, when there is a will there is a way. It's about finding a "niche" and "positioning". Stay tuned.
