Sense and sensibility: Where it all began

So in our everything about Busan campaign, I have to take it back to "lead water" since this was our huge bet and the sore point filled with emotions.

I wasn't entirely sure whether you guys are completely with it all as some of it I followed through with Sony in the past. But it's really not the main point here. As you know, your Korean crew imitated a lot of what they did , and worked very closely with them for a prolonged period of time. There were economic benefits and some common goals, no doubt about that, but also alienate you guys from other potential trade partners. It's a tricky issue to deal with.

Then again the fundamental issues are clear. South Korea is a sovereign state, but "lead water" and their cult isn't. You guys can actually do so many more things than they can, and yet they are bounded by culture and tight regulations. In the end, you guys have no control over their fate and destiny, but you get to decide for yours. This is where the tension arises, and may hurt bilateral trade relationship with PRC firms in the near future.

But we're talking about the next ten years here. We have to be welcoming to new people, new ideas and new ways of doing things. If they have their opinion, they will certain come after me, which is the case for some time already. What's important is you guys have to be open-minded and open-hearted, in particular to people who you don't usually work with in the past. It takes time to make adjustments. You just need to be prepared for that.
